The current president of Calvard, whose stylish attire and good looks, along with his knack as a public speaker and image as being highly reliable have made him extremely popular with the citizenry. Although some pundits object to his habit of making swift decisions and fanning the flames of internal strife while waving it off as 'healthy competition,' his guard is impenetrable, and he always seems to have a prepared counterpoint to anything brought up against him. He is also Agnès' biological father, and while he seems to know something about the prototype orbments that she's searching for, he hasn't done anything to stand in her way, leaving his intentions a complete mystery.
